| Abstract | The communication between knowledge engineers and domain experts is essential for the development and smooth running of an expert system. Poor communication between these two may result in catastrophic effects on the whole system. This paper focuses on the communication process between knowledge engineers and domain experts. The paper not only indicates the pitfalls of this communication but it also presents some advanced techniques & methodologies for enhancing communication process. |
